I'm an aspiring digital illustrator, and wants to get serious of it. A real artist requires time and dedication wherein one extends his experience through a period of hardwork, resulting to improvements. I've been telling myself each day that I am always busy with life and will just practice drawing later on when I got the time... but when would I have it? My life never get so vacant with all my responsibilities as a student and as a daughter, so I decided to make time for the things I love (which includes my passion for drawing/digital art), even just using a small portion of the entire day. I can't be a great artist, even difficult to consider as simply an artist per se, if I don't have the discipline of honing my skills on a regular basis. No one could get such improvements overnight, so this project of drawing everyday for the entire 2011 would serve as a practice for me.
This blog would contain daily sketches of hope and wonder, with random themes... whatever comes in my mind as I had a grip of my 2B and 5B pencils and scribble on a clean sheet of paper.
I will also be posting the sketches on my deviantART account later on, though I would do it either weekly or choose some good ones to deviate so as not to spam the message notifications of my watchers. :)
